School Based Health Program

We support our youth in their health, well-being and academic success by providing early intervention and treatment services while they are IN SCHOOL.

What we do

Primary health care services to the Northern Cheyenne youth in school settings.

Purpose

To advance the overall health and wellness of the N.C. Youth by providing high quality healthcare to every child. To reduce absenteeism, decreased disciplinary actions and suspensions, improve graduation rates, advocates for needs of youth and families who have low income. 

Who we serve

Any youth who attends Lame Deer Public Schools and NC Tribal School.

How to enroll

Sign up your child/student with our SBHC Consent Form to receive services at our SBHC Clinics. We have Clinic every month of the year except June, August and December.
